Fantastic service and price from this company. We made a call querying collection of items left at a hotel after a family emergency. They collected same day and delivered to Scotlsnd in less than 24 hours, was cheaper than doing a 10 hour round trip ourselves to get
our sons stuff and they kept us updated along the way. Really impressed with the service received and extremely grateful.
A massive thanks to Mark and the team for helping us out quickly.

I have honestly been blown away by the personalised customer service I've received. Rapid responses via email and over the phone. I was (certainly!) not the easiest customer to deal with... and had a very uniquely complex package to ship to China. They were accommodating and professional from start to finish!

Brilliant service organised by the very helpful Steff and great driver as well who collected the pallets. Arranged and collected without any issues, would be the first ones to call if we needed any pallets collecting in the future

Delivered 20 pallet collars to my elderly parents. The driver dropped them inside the back garden. Delivery was made the very next day after payment. Excellent service! Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic support. The folks at Defenda were most accommodating of my pedestrian understand of international shipping and held my hand all the way through the process. Thank you to everyone.

Got us out of a tight spot with one of our customers and did a sameday service from Northampton to Essex. Pallet collected within 90 minutes of our enquiry and personally confirmed delivery had been made a couple of hours later. Great service!

Excellent service from Mark and the team at Defenda, I called at 9am in the morning to get some items collected in Glasgow and delivered to an address in London....they organised it super quick, the items were delivered the same day and I was kept informed throughout the delivery journey. Other carriers either couldn't be bothered or were materially more expensive, I would highly recommend Mark and the Defenda business if you need things moved around the UK

Excellent service from Mark at Defenda Couriers, very easy to arrange our oversized shipment from Coventry to Lincoln. It was quoted, confirmed and booked in within the hour, all by email. Driver arrived on time and we got an update once it had been delivered.
